Hooshmand Ertebat Rahgosha Co. LTD (ICSP Co) was established by a group of ICT/IT experts with over 25 years of experiences, in 2010. The original target of starting up the company was to offer solutions for smart homes and energy saving products.

The first defined project was AMR/AMI for domestic gas meters. The aim was to remotely read and manage all gas meters, through a reliable world class IoT network. This target was successfully achieved. But since the demands of such markets hasn’t been started by that time, ICSP could have limited market shares for this solution.

The second main goal which was defined in ICSP Co was to offer total solutions for smart industrial water meter based on IoT.

ISCP Co uses independent business unit management structures to fulfill better achievement in the word. The business unit management model is the latest organization management method.

After years of market research, ICSP Co began deploying 4G LTE small cells across Middle East and started connecting the unconnected rural areas. The name quickly became synonymous online connectivity due to it’s low-cost and ease-of-installation, setting the stage for its innovative to begin serving the rest of the world.
